New GM's and Customer Service has arrived.

Hello, everyone!

I'm sure most of you have heard the rumour that there are going to be new GMs soon. For once, the rumours were true, and here we are! And we'll be helping with the GM duties for Hero Online from the 9th of November. Some of you have already communicated with us in 1:1 Support; to the rest of you, don't fret! You'll be seeing us soon enough!

We understand the level of service that people like yourselves expect from a big game like Hero Online and we'll try and make sure all your expectations will be fulfilled. We promise to do everything we can to raise the bar with our revamped GM service; we plan on taking this community to greater heights, and we intend to make the Hero Online experience a singular and unforgettable one.
